Funding the account

Deposits are handled in the Wallet tab. UPI is the fastest route and normally credits within a minute; bank transfer and USDT options exist but take longer to reflect. Minimums are low — typically a few hundred rupees — and each deposit channel shows its own limit on the payment screen.

Always pay to the account details generated inside the app for that specific transaction. Payment details rotate, and sending money to an old QR code or to an individual who offers to 'top up' your wallet is how players lose deposits with no recourse.

Getting money out

Before your first withdrawal, add a bank account under your own name with the correct IFSC. Submit the withdrawal from the Wallet tab; the request enters a review queue and is usually paid the same day, though weekends and public holidays add delay on the banking side.

• The account holder name must match your registered name exactly.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until its turnover requirement is complete.
• There is a minimum withdrawal amount and a daily request limit.
• A small processing fee may be deducted depending on the method.

When a withdrawal is stuck

Most delays trace back to one of three causes: mismatched bank details, an unfinished bonus turnover, or an account flagged for verification. Open the withdrawal record and read the status note first — it usually names the reason.

If the status is simply pending beyond 24 hours, contact in-app support with your user ID, the order number and the timestamp. Keep the conversation inside the official support channel; third parties who promise to release a payment for a fee are running an advance-fee scam.

Keep your own records

Screenshot every deposit and withdrawal confirmation. A short note of dates and amounts also makes it obvious how the account is trending overall — many players discover only when they add it up that the running total is well below what they assumed.
